Author Fees (APC)
The International Journal of Biological and Biomedical Research (IJBBR) is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed journal. All articles published in the journal are freely accessible to readers worldwide without any subscription barriers.
To support editorial management, peer review coordination, typesetting, website hosting, and digital archiving, the journal applies Article Processing Charges (APC) after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
Important Notes:
• There is no submission fee.
• APC is charged only after the manuscript is accepted.
• All accepted papers undergo editorial and peer review processing before publication.

What the APC Covers
The publication fee covers the following services:

Payment Policy
• There are no hidden charges or additional publication fees beyond the stated APC.
• APC is applicable only after the manuscript is accepted.
• Fees are non-refundable once the article is published.
• Payment instructions will be provided in the Acceptance Letter.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Waivers
Authors based in low-income countries (World Bank classification), and authors facing genuine financial hardship, may request a full or partial waiver of the APC. The request should be made when the manuscript is submitted, by email to [email protected]. Waiver requests are decided by the publisher's office, and editors and reviewers are not told about them.
Editorial Independence
The APC is requested only after a manuscript has been accepted through peer review. Whether an author can or will pay has no influence on any editorial decision. A rejected manuscript is never accepted because the APC is paid or offered.

Authors may complete the payment through the following methods:
